K 2 Things Im Having Problems With In Cola....

    1. When I Get An ASE Into Cola (Animated Or Not) It Looks Normal Size, But When I Export It To o3d And Open It In The o3d Converter Or In Game, Its Either Too Small (I'm Sure The Model Was At A Good Size When I Exported It To ASE) Or The Mesh Isn't Exported At All

    2. Is There An Easier Way To Rig In 3DS Or Any Other Program?
I Tried With A Biped But You Can Delete The Hand Bones, Etc.
Just Wondering If Anyone's Taken The Time To Try Rigging With An IK Chain

yeah , when i tried converting o3d to obj and use blender it worked fine , i can edit models but when i tried to reverse obj to o3d it doesnt seem to work. you have good models , it would be really pain in the ass if you cant get it to work..

    good luck on that.

The bones need to be named specific things, don't know the names of the back of my hand, but I know that Aeonsoft/Gala left 2 of their own .ASE files in the resource...
Try having a look at the with a text editor, since .ASE are instructions that can be read in plaintext.

    bone01 bone02 bone03, etc.

I noticed something really odd about those ase's

The one without animation is saved using skinning while the one with an animation uses physique,
But somehow the bones seem to be added a totally different way....
