Connection problem's

Hey xDeadlyx here again.
i got a Thread about this problem but i gues it kinda just died off
sorry if im double posting but il make it more detaild this time too see if anyone can help me out here.

Wel me problem is that i cant make other ppl join me flyff privet server cause it keeps giving me an "Cannot connect too the netwerk etc" i went trough the help section looking for a solution changing IP's using other source but nothing works.

Mabey its just me but i did everything and followed instruction correctly opend the 3 ports 15400 23000 28000 i did me ODBC correctly me ini's are correct or atleast as the guide's told me to do it il show u guys some screenies soo u guys can see what im talking about.

soo as u all can see in me screenshots i put mostly everything everywhere like people/Guides tell me to do.( ps. i got 2 more screenshots that shows u that me other 2 ports 23000,28000 are open aswel posted that on another reply below.

Sorry if me English grammer isnt all that great but hope u guys could follow me and help me out

Other 3 screenies & another something i find strange is that me Trans Server (databaseserver) it stays blank like in the screenie.

did you try changing the port in your neuz?
try to put 5400 there instead of 15400

it's not the port, just use port 15400...
Just change all your IPs (also where is written 127.0.0.01 now)to 85.191.3.218 (Your computer's IP).
Normally it will work if you do this ^^

@ CatDMG i tried with 5400 also but that doesnt work either any other idea?
@ xWorld ive tried chaning everything to me IP well ( 85.191.3.218) but thats not me Internal IP thats me external IP soo.. and if i change them all to me internal IP me database server.exe wont open or do anything u know any other methods?.

Your certifier password is sa? how come if everywhere else its root?

@ CatDMG no its root hmmm.. mabey thats the problem i have Thnx!. il try it out too see if it makes any diffrint

Does your host is a root server or just a normal pc?

If it's root, you must open the port by adding rule in your 'advanced firewall'

If it's a pc, make sure that your port's are open.

its just a normal pc where im hosting it on i opend the ports + opend them on the firewall also.
and problem is still aqurring i just dont understand what i did wrong.
all the ports are open i dubble checked that. mabey im putting the wrong ip's at the wrong places?
