Crashing on character creation

Hi everyone,
On my pServer, when i try to make a new character, my client instantly crashes, when ever i try, it crashes. I was wondering if anyone can help me fix this. Also, i want to add a user CP for teleporting, char info, restart and all that. Everyone says to look in the release but there's a lot of things to look through, i never did find it. IF i could get a point in the right direction for that too i would be most grateful.

if your client crash you need to take a look into error.txt in your client folder, without more info (like this error.txt) we can't help you...

i mite have wat u need..but ill need to noe wat server files u r using?
