Creating a Pserver from scratch with a full tut help

I have played Eflyff for a few years now and as their offices have now closed it's doors and more than probably moving to EU A lot of us won't be able to access the game.I did try the pserver files mixed with Audisbroder and RynoKabbage and actually get the program up last year.I am a noob when it comes to pservers but I am a pretty quick learner.I need someone to give me all the steps on how to setup my own pserver including how to change the name to ur own,the cover for opening window,commands,how the rates work,how to implement ur own cs and pets,making it public..basically everything.I have searched here and on Epvp but not one person has written a full tut on how to create ur own server which includes everything u need..even a set of links with actual working files would be a godsend.Thanks
