Database Login Connect Failed [Error]

Hey, everyone! [Im using v15][Im Using Himachi.]
[Hamachi I.p= 5.174.199.229] [I'm using Serus's v15 Re-Pack.]
When I double click AcountServer, I get the error
"Failed to Connect to Database.

EDIT:
I think the .ini's are more correct then before [I updated them.] But I still get the same error.
I hope someone knows how to fix this error.

Those are completely set up wrong, also v15 does not come with Neurospace. I suggest you search for my guide and start there.

Dell Honne, I did use your guide. :3 Except it says nothing about I.P's except when you say to fill in where it says 'YOUR IP HERE' when you first get the repack.

EDIT: Dell I did more to the .ini's [Like with there ip's I think it is more correct now.] but I still get that error.

Are you sure that the location is right in Databaseserver and Worldserver?
It has to be the location of your Databaseserver.exe in Resource and Worldserver.exe in Resource

Hey guys, I got it fixed. It was to do with the "CBDC's" (Or whatever they are called. :P) They should of been in Windows Authentication for my computer. But i'll thank you both for helping me out. :D

EDIT: I deleted photo's in photobucket because I do not need them anymore.
