Direct Sound init failed.

Hello all, I have an error while loading my client, It's the direct sound error. I don't know how to fix or if there is a possible fix, So any help would be appreciated. Also it Deleted my Neuz.exe after it closes client.

Note: It's my own server, I managed to get all working and now im stumped :(.

EDIT: I plugged my broke speakers in, I get no error, But It still crashes and deleted the neuz.

NOTE: I have fixed this error, It was due to a number on the 3rd row of the Neuz.exe to be wrong, I hope this Helps people in the future!
