Disable Gm Commands

I made my own server and it works great.That is until i messed around with some gm commands.
I enabled OneKill and now I can't seem to turn it off.
Is this only for my character or does it apply to other characters as well?Even though I am admin I don't want to one hit kill everything,that takes away the fun.
Any reply would be great,thanks in advance.

The OneKill command is only for Admins if this is set on the source.

To enable the oneKill command in game do this
/ok (this is onekill)

to disable it do this
/nook (this is no onekill )

Altough this disabled the one hit kill it however enabled a no kill thing so that i can't kill anything.
Well i don't plan on using my admin account too often so i guess it's not a big problem but for testing it's a bit annoying.
Any thoughts about what might have happened?
