Flyff - Gala/ Aeon- is too idiotic to sue people or, are making too much money, or just don't care. ALOT of servers are hosted in the United States, and have not been warned to remove the servers yet. (Hopefully calling galanet idiots isn't insulting other members so dell doesn't warn me for nothing).

Well private servers.... there's like only 4-5 good FlyFF private servers out there that are worth sueing? I have no idea, I haven't looked at the topsites in a while. Maybe gala-net is just being nice and letting us do what we want with their files. Would be funny if they intentionally let us take their next files only to find out they put 1000 backdoors in them.

^i wouldnt care bout a NL Flyff D;(since im from the netherlands XD) But the netherlands only got 16 million ppl in it, and only like 500 are playing flyff. So, NL Flyff wouldve been a fail.

Why would they waste money, to sue a server, that got 200 people online? You should know stuff like that by now, since you're running nulled vBulletin forum. You think IB go around, suing people who use nulled vBulletin? No. They never did, doubtful they ever will. Maximum they would do is a DMCA complain.
Host's that ignores DMCA, will host anything (not sure about child porn), but as far as warez/private servers/nulled/xxx goes. Would you shutdown your server because of a DMCA? Don't think so.

I dont believe in running private servers, never did, and never will. I am running 3 sites, will do 5 more, in a few days.
The point is not whether you running site or a game, the point is, if you got a host that doesnt give a fuck about DMCA, you shouldn't even be thinking about "suing" fullstop.

Because people can still provide insight/tools/etc to help run a server, or to help make servers more stable. As well servers need websites to make things for the end user more friendly, so having web developers are always handy too. Also having graphic 2d/3d artists always help with making such servers more unique as well.
