Try using search button to find how to make a v15 server, and then, search how to add v16/17 files. In relase section you can find websites.

idk if you saw it before, but I said in that development thread that people in this forum don't seem to be very forgiving
but seriously, if you can't make the effort to find the guide yourself, then I really don't think you'd be a good server owner and your server would die quickly
I should know, my first server started great, but sucked badly when I wasn't able to add the features I wanted
my current one though, now that I know a lot more about owning a server and modifying the source code, is way better

Agree, very chilish dude. Just use the search function, I mean all the guides are here on the forum. If you want something else, write one, because there it nothing better. If you think it is too old, search for something within a certain time span, but don't and I repeat DON'T go whine here.
Google this: How to make a Flyff private server v15 Ragezone. you will find it in a seconds.
Or search in Youtube the guide by me :d
