Editing propItem.txt with microsoft Excel problems

I'm having a problem editing The NPC Shops with Excel 2007. When im done editing it and save it, it gets messed up. then i cant start WorldServer.exe

What im doing wrong?

U mods can delete this theard. I just edit it with notepad e.e
