Ehh lil help please?

So I followed aldieri's guide (sorry if I mis-spelled your name)
to create a custom box, but every time I start my client now it crashes and I get this message in "error.txt"

2010/ 3/11 15:52:36 error, defineitem.h, 1


I've done everything to try and fix it but I have no idea what it's referring to.

Open res editor check if there is an invalid thing in defineitem.h or it has been loaded twice :P

I did though but what would determine "invalid"
Still doesnt work :-/
