Error while Installing mssql

When installing the mssql I'm getting to the final
stage where is installs all the component.

while trying to install Database server an Error shows
up and tells me that the Instance name is already
in use [SQLExpress]...

how can I remove the older instance name? or maybe I should
use a diffrent name?

Any idea would be great :)

Look at your computer service's, look if there is a service named SQL Server (SQLExpress) if that is, stop it, and try to install again?

Can you direct me to computer services? cuz I have no idea
where i may find it :/
