Error With "4.Certifier.exe"

Hey Every Body,

I had a PS running Perfect.. and I Deleted it, now i've decided to bring it back.. (before i delete the PS Files, i kept the Shops [PropItem.txt, PropItem.txt.txt, Character.INC] ) now.. whenever i try to run the "4.Certifier.exe" it closes automaticlly, and create an Error like this :

2011/ 1/ 4   00:20:13   propItem.txt ID:0 last_read(ID:20242 name:Cherry Blossom(Japan))

and when i want to change the "PropItem.txt, PropItem.txt.txt, Character.INC " it creates the same Eroor but changes the " 2011/ 1/ 4 00:20:13 propItem.txt ID:0 last_read(ID:20242 name:Cherry Blossom(Japan))" to another thing like Stick or something like that.. I NEED HELP! What SHOULD I DO, OR WHAT SHOULD I ADD TO THE FILES !

the first error you had, means that it found an item in your propItem files that is not defined in your defineItem.h
to find the second error, open propitem.txt and find cherry blossom(japan). the line right under that, is causing the error.

if the certifier.ex have error check the ini of certifier and be sure the ip adress is you internal ip adress
