but as you create the server since it would now be closed source but to keap as much as possible controled outside the main program or byt outside files
there isnt much worse then a server that has very limited customizability

Well, we wanted to make a V13 server. But i think now we will release compiled file for V11 and keep V13 version only for developers...All new stuff we wanted to add (return of xp box, some new quest functions etc.) will probably be kkep for us and not implemented into the release version, i have to speak with the other about that, i'm not sure for the moment
While german people have given a link to v12.2 osaflyff source if they want more they have to do it themself now
