I would love to code that for it, the thing is just.. we all know how people are.. when the server 'crashes' the ticket box would look like:
"HELP PLZZ CANT CONNECT!"
"HELP PLZZ CANT CONNECT!!"

Etc. so, I will try to figure out a nice way to prevent hundreds of nubs to do that at once. (Maybe disallow the sending of tickets when the server is offline? Altho that wouldn't be a great solution.).

Hmm, you've got right, but this idea:

is bad (it's just my opinion, lol), because people want ask maybe something about the server, not about the server status :P
You might include a function like this: an anti-spam function. The users can send one ticket only, after sending a ticket, the anti-spam function should lock the ticket system for this user till a GM / an admin gives an answer to the ticket, after answering, the anti-spam function should unlock the ticket system for this user.
I hope you understand that :P I know, it will be difficult, but if you need help, don't hesitate to ask us ;)
