The choose is yours, I prefer Xampp Lite, if you put Xampp Lite to your desktop, you'll not have problems with the virtualstore thing. I hope you understand me.

Here you are, just put Xampp to your desktop and you'll forget this "vista-fail" :P
Btw, first of all start this file in your Xampp directory:

setup_xampp.bat

You'll get a message "DONE!", now close this window and start this one:

xampp-control.exe

Now press on the "Start"-Button next to Apache. Now go to your Xampp directory and open the folder "htdocs", create there a new folder, for example "home". Now extract FlyCMS to the new created folder, in this example: you should extract FlyCMS to the folder "home".

Ok, I installed xampp, where do I put the FlyCMS file?

Sorry I was away, open your webbrowser and type http://127.0.0.1/home/ in the URL.

Err.. It says

Not Found

The requested URL /flyff was not found on this server.

Did you start apache?

Yes I started apache. But it says starting.. busy. And it doesn't have stop. It says start everytime I click start.

Did you open "setup_xampp.bat"?
