Just a quick question - is there any emulator with all skills 100% working? All emulators I've came across either didn't work, or had screwed up skills. In one emu there was dark illusion doing nothing, else flame arrow creating no DoT, in one blinkpool wasn't doing anything, or asalralaaikum having no cooldown or using no mana. Is there any emu without one messed up skill?

Find the source/SVN of the emulator and fix the skills yourself if you have the knowledge on how to do it.
Good luck finding them, try the search button or check development/release section.
