Well this is the wrong section for that, but save those images I posted anyways before the topic is removed.

For basic image editing, or color editing, search up how to edit a .dds file.

Tip: You're going to need Photoshop / Paint.NET / GIMP, and decent ability to color stuff. There's an NVIDIA plug-in for photoshop that will save .dds format, and I'm not sure about the others.

Alpha channels are your friend, eFlyff uses Alpha (Because they're all fucking lazy) to edit parts of their models. Alpha channels basically make some parts transparent.

For actual 3D Modeling, you're going to need Blender, or c4d, or 3ds. I'd reccommend 3ds, since that's the only possible way to do bones. Bones are used for making mobs and pets. If you're just looking for a CS set, or something like that, you might want to just stick to Blender, it's pretty straightforward. You must use a file converter, to take the o3d file to an obj, model to whatever you want, UV map (Tutorials on YouTube), and export as an ASE file (External plug-ins needed).

I might be able to help if you need further information.
