Hey dude just explain more about "Remote Control". I need to say that: I'm not a big Pro in Delphi. But i can affirm to you: I will do my best to do what you want.
Its not bad, only problem is that it only opens 3 servers. Maybe set a timer for each to open, say 10 seconds and open each one up 10 seconds after the other.

this just open 3 files.
Kaps u have probly got the server files .ini's filled in wrong. Try editing them and re-try the restarter..

I suggest you make a small pause between restarting items since many of our world servers take a few seconds to load up..... My server gets spammed with world servers being opened since they take a few seconds to load
monitoring is not working....
