flyff vps problem

hi i have a vps and all files on it i create the server and compiling all whit no error the server is running on the vps whit no error logs in local host work and i can joing but when i put my public ip for my friends can joing says cant not conect to the game please check network i have my ports open on vps and firewall is allow i dont not what to do cause the v15 files works great and i can conect whit my public ip but ther sources can conect i just fallow all instruction and the server start but when i put the public ip on the client neuz.exe say me that please if some one know how can i fix this problem i have a windows 7 vps thanks
