Ah, I was wondering if SQL Server 2005 played a roll in it.
I just upgraded my SQL Server to 2008, so v2 will be for 2008.

Go to inc\variables.php.
After:
Add:PHP Code:if (!defined('IN_STORM'))
{
exit;
}
PHP Code:error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE);
Now i get this error.
