now i get c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.3.0/ext/php_mssql.dll could not be found ..

should i download this dll ?

Good job on the CMS. It might be a good idea to have it so not just anyone can use it ( like the leech post above me).
Template needs to be fixed though.

wampp has missing php._mssql.dll and some others dll to let this funciton ok after enabling into php.ini. I recomend last xampp ver.

okay i fixxed that problem with wamp but if i go to 127.0.0.1

at install PHP version is not able

You need a higher version of PHP installed.
The version of WAMP you installed doesn't have a high enough version of PHP to run the website.

Or they can install apache 2.2.15 and install PHP x.x.xx

Your wrong lmao, all web servers use apache 2.2.14 THAT is the exploitable one and it would be that people can get into your system through most web servers. So yeah, how can you host a web site without it? I once got hacked using XAMPP so XD

Apache 2.2.15 has that exploit fixed i believe, Check the apache website.
