This is a rather simple fix. Go to your resource folder open up propitem.txt with excel click column E then go to sort and filter and click filter now column E has an arrow click that and uncheck select all then find 99 and check that now hit ok. Now in the first box with a 99 in it change it to 9999 hit enter then select that cell(the one you changed to 9999) and hit copy now click the next box below and drag it to the last row and hit paste. Save the changes and now everything will stack to 9999. Make sure before starting this process that you close all open clients and servers.
