    Graphic customisation problem

I've asked on another forum but without much avail.
I've got the necessary plugins to view and edit the .dds files, though after I've finished a design I've backed up the original and overwritten the file I've altered.

The problem I'm having arises when I run the game, the texture is just pure white.

Am I missing something that I should have done or have I done something wrong when saving my image.

    -Steps I did-
    Opened the image in Photoshop.
Created a new layer and created an alternative design.
File, saved, prompted to save as Photoshops default image type so typed in .dds instead.

Dont create a new layer. When you create a new layer, photoshop automatically will try to save it as a PSD and just adding '.dds' wont change the extension. If you dont create any new layers photoshop will automatically use the plugin again to export your texture as dds. Just work on the existing layer and then save it.

Brilliant thank you very much for the reply. I'll get back to those textures now.
