Okey Server v15 and Xampp is working on my PC with Hamachi!

Now i need website with scrips of Registration and Change Password.

I dont know PHP code, im some noob and maybe I need to start learn some tutorials about PHP and MSSQL

But if anyone can give me simple code PHP for start make Website Register and Change Password
