I think this is just an easy Theme fix. Just change the WndCharacter1.tga, WndCharacter2.tga, WndCharacter2_1.tga, WndCharacter2_2.tga, and WndCharacter3.tga. By change I mean copy those files from a v15 client or something and paste it to your theme folder (default and english).
