help about item rarity and such

What should i put in the rarity so its easy to put in npc it seems like i need some unique rarity to be able to put the specific item to be on the IS NPC:

arrow #1 : is for price
arrow #2 : is the rarity of the item
arrow #3 : is if its shopable or not (1 is shopable , = is not)

i tried putting lichiky axe on boboku and rarity of item was 116 i was trying to put only the lichiky axe weapon but the below weapons like harpon axe and any other axe that is not on the boboku was there when i want to put only is lichiky axe....

please tell me if i did something wrong or i just missed something..

i want to know how to put only the specific item on the npc

xyz means location or coordinate where did you put your npc

please read it again i stated above whats the 1 2 3 its no the coordinates :(

those tables are contents of propitem opened in excel
