[Help] Amps and Boxes..

Im just wondering if someone wanted to help me fix Amps and boxes in my Server ( LuxuryFlyff )
i have been trying to make it work but it seems to not to work..

i added the item in premium and spawned it and it worked.
but when the amp is in the invintory i press on it , it says something like this..

" Bla bla unknown premium item . item id 10473 bla bla "
