[Help] Bug-Free Max98 Files

I have downloaded the new files that Max98 released w/o any Bugs and Backdoors. But I am having a hard time exploring the problem because after downloading, executing and running the Servers, I still can't connect to the game.

They said that I still have to edit the NeuzMsgProc.cpp, yes I did but still can't connect!

What should I do after extracting the Official Source? Should I edit the NeuzMsgProc.cpp then it will work? Please help me specifically. Thanks RZ!
