your question is not clear enough if you want to make cs sets then you need to use cinema 4d or w/e programs u need and in order to add those cs set in game you need to add that items in

propitem.txt -> Name of cs set

propitem.txt.txt -> functions of cs set (cost, set effect, etc)

defineitem.h -> cs set id number to spawn that item.

mdlDyna.inc. -> glows, animation or w/e i duuno about this one like can't think of a word.

actualy i dont really know how to make new items ask model developers for that. so far i know it takes alot of patience to make new sets/weaps.
