how can i make a custom weapons?

1rst you need to create the 3d of your weapons....then you need to create texture....then you need to add it in .res files+neuz.exe and maybe it will work....i know a lot of ppl who failed on that

Man, there are lots of tutorials that people use a good amount of time to do, they are for help people that dont know something, last time I saw, you had around 35 help threads! Either take lots of questions at one thread or search what you need.
About model editing, there are like 2 or 3 tuts.

that always depend on what you want to do....creating item will be hard....moding one....will be easy(if you are good at 3d)
