[Help]DB error

I followed Mohanddo's tutorial but when i apply fix 2 i get this.

Msg 2714, Level 16, State 3, Procedure CHARACTER_STR, Line 1600
There is already an object named 'CHARACTER_STR' in the database.

You have to delete all the old databases.
