[Help]Disconnected from ISC.

Hello guys! Would someone tell me how to fix that disconnection from ISC? .. I was logging and all yesterday.. I made a new database with new computer account now to try will it work.. it still doesn't.. I don't know what to do.. All ISC ip at .ini files is set up as 127.0.0.1 , And My ip is 127.0.0.1 (While im just adding stuffs in npc's). I don't know what to do now, please help me

use the ip you have in cmd --> ipconfig

your LAN ip, use it for now. ..

or maybe your ISC port is already in use

& remember u cant run 2 servers in 1 comp . .

I got already one server (wich WAS running) If i delete the server files at my other computer account's would it get fix?

& try making newserver from scratch. .

My port at all .ini files as ISC is 29300.

Its just like when i run the Login Server, Character Server and World server , than till here its all fine, when i try to run Neuz_No_GG, It just start to charge and closes, and at login server appears note with: User disconnected Reason : rcved - 1. And at char i think it says with Red letters - ''Disconnected from ISC"
