You don't have to code any quests at all for those 2 new places (btw, the in-game name is actually Eillun, or at least it is in the english translation). All you need to do is add the monsters to the files. Madrigal, which is basically the entire outside area (non-cave/dungeon), is all 1 world. It has Flaris, Saintmorning, Garden of Rhisis, Darkon (1, 2, and 3), Shaduwar, Valley of the Risen, Eillun (v16), and Bahara Desert (v17). After adding the monsters, you just need to get an updated WdMadrigal folder (Also, don't forget the textures in the World\Texture___ folders).
