[Help]Flyff and Beast Problem

Hello everyone i just get the following error when i try to start my flyff or the Beast World editor!



And Yes! i installed the DirectX SDK but when i started flyff or Beast World editor it gets slowly and i cant do anything!

Please your help will be appreciated

As i did say to another topic a minute ago, Slow Computer?
Well, if you say that you already installed DirectX SDK, and it is not working... the only thing i can say is, either buy a new computer or turn it if for repairs.
