[help]Friend cannot get to my charater select screen

Hello,

I have posted before but i get this error instead.

My friend tries to login to myserver, logins in, gets to the world select screen, and when she clicks ok she cannot connect to game network.

I have got all the IP's forward and if i change my IP from 127.0.0.1 to my acual Wan IP i can connect, so why cant she?

Any ideas let me know, thanks.

P.S. It must be a server error because she could connect to other private servers without this problem.
