[Help] GM Commands

Hi,

Srry for this posting, but i want to ask u something: when my friends log in my server, they can use Gm commands.
For example: my friend connect, type .item 10432 99 and he receive 99 Scroll of Velocity or he type . job and he change everything.
What may i change to become the unic person in the server to use GM commands?

Normal User-100
GameMaster-800
Administrator-1000

[Scratch]

game master is access 800?isnt it 600?
