If you want to make a notice do /system Blah blah. And to upgrade do /ritem 0. Then put the item in the first slot then do /ritem 1 10 10 that'll make it +10 with +10 fire if you want diff ele's just change to another number eg /ritem 2 10 10 or 3 10 10 ect
