I create a guild then named it...
Then..
When I restart my server, the guildname has lost in visible or it became invisible the name of the guild..
Coz when i create another guild, there is a guild already...
So the PROBLEM here is the name of the guild that become invisible when restarting the server...
How can i fix this bug ?? Anyone can help me??

I do not have this problem...I created a guild when I first started the server for admins...and it's still there after 200 server restarts...
Did you shut down the server without logging out after you created it?
If so...go into the database delete the guild and recreate it..then log out normally so it will be saved..

after you start the world server, go to the NeuroSpace folder if you saw error.txt contain
2009/10/28 18:48:02 CDbManager::UpdateGuildRanking¿¡¼ (RANKING.RANKING_DBF.dbo.RANKING_STR 'R1','01') ½ÇÆÐ
meaning the Guild list was not loaded. Try to restart the ONLY the world server.

I've had the same guild bug, but when i read my error log files i saw that there where issues connecting to ranking_dbf (and i had that fixed)
after i removed the ranking link (Server object > Linked server)
again. (Sadly)
personally i prefer working guilds over the ranking till i figure out what causes this to happen.
as for creating items, theres a really nice howto by MisterKid over here: qugets guide
