[Help] Help with connection issues

I'm sorry I spent all night working on this sever, and all day trying to get it to work. I read other threads on here about the same issue but none seem to work. When I connect everything is fine, but when my friend tries to connect he gets a
"'Cannot connect to the game. Please check the network.'"
I sent him my Neuz.ini which he put in his flyff folder with my Hamachi Ip: 5.140.68.149
and told him to download the Neuz_no_GG and Loader. He did not have flyff installed before and therefore there wasn't any previous files, also he did download v11.

I also Set-up my Login-Sever

He did download Hamachi and join my network, we both have green stars next to our names. I turned off my anti-virus and firewall but he still cannot connect while I have no problems. If anyone could help me solve this, it would greatly be appreciated.

Does he have skype ?
Perhaps he have a programm which use the same port than the serveur use...
An look to the minAccesslvl in your ini's files if it set to 100 and your friend acount in database have 0 then set it to 100 and they can connect ^^

EH...dude skype use port 80..-_-..
Try checking if his computer blocking him for connecting to your server..
If it still occur,explain in detail.

Yes, perhaps i made a confusion with Apache which listen port 80....

As far as we know his computer is not blocking him. And as for whats happening he is logging in fine but when he comes to the sever and presses enter it gives him the "Check your network" issue. I don't know if this affects it at all but he has vista and I am running xp.
