which server do you use ? Lightning ?
Perhaps you need to put the v11 .res files in your client directory like it was suggest in another post...

i already answered: put the v11 .res files in your client directory

When i had this problem i reinstalled game, but i think you should put the .res files and divine says. But if you dont know how to do, you can just reinstall game. I think it will work :p
