[Help]how to add items to the database?

hi how can i add items (like the V12 items) the the data base manually?
i tried but when i did the .item command with the ID that i wrote in the DB nothing happend so how can i do it?

you need the res files, too

it exists in the .res file because i copied from the res file to the DB...
so i doesnt understand it =[

Check your inventory closely.
The item probably doesnt have an icon.

see what have i done:
downloaded the lastest .res filles from eFlyff.
used FRM to open the .res file and got Baby Yetti ID(what can i edit in the .res if i just copy his information) so i put his ID and all his information in the items table in my DB.
ok i restarted the server and now in game im doing .item YETTI-ID (i forgot) and nothing happens =[

hmm but when i add the item i doesnt hear the beep of the added item(the poof that you hear when you add item)

i got the items but no icons.
and tamed meteonyker is "invisable" when u ride on him.
