Find your CHARACTER_01_DBF Database

You have to go into your CHARACTER_TBL

Look for the column "m_chAuthority"

Change whatever value that is currently, to "S" [no quotes, of course]

I have a script that can change a character into a GM with a click on a mouse, but that's only recommended on a non-public server.
