[Help] How to change New Character Spawn Point

Hi Ragezoners . I've Google and Everything on how to change the "New Character Spawn Point" ( The one when you create a character and when connect and the Starting point ). Someone said it can be edited in Account Table but it seems i cant make it work. btw heres the pic when i connect my new character.

Another Problem : My Server has no Mobs how should i do that ?

Someone Please Help me. I cant up my server for a few weeks because of these Problems.

dont think you searched well enough.. theres has been 2 or 3 more help threads for start spawn point ...
anyway, you can edit the spawnpoint in beast, and / or .dyo manager (the .dyo file in wdMadrigal folder)

1. Whats the name of the mover of i will edit ?
2. Is it will be more successful if i will remake the server ?
