[Help] How to fix this bug?

One server, that name I wont tell right now, before this bug is being fixed, has a bad bug, that we must get fixed. So heres the bug we got.

At character selection:

And when I press OK, it comes with these grazy stuff!:



Lvl 1 wearing lvl 120 stuff, it also got Ultimate Bloody Staff at the start. :O

Anyone know how to fix this thingy?

There's probably something wrong with the default values in your
Database. It's probably set to give every new character those clothes.

But those comes randomly. All the time other kind of items, and sometimes it starts normally.
