Help i con't log in, but my players can log in??

here's my wolrd server.. i finish port forwording. i put the no-ip in my IP server. the players can log in. but when i put in my neuz the ip that i put to my ip server i con't log in??? what is the problem with that?? please help.. SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH!!

edit the IPs in your win32 folder. look at the no-ip site for more answers. also, it looks like your router is being weird.
