he want a npc editor, i suggest to do it old school way, its bets,safe, and fastest way ONCE YOU GET HOW ITS WORKS!

Editing your char aside from the /ci command? Say whut? o.o

Your problem is not about the folders, It is about your MSG_VER try to check if the MSG_VER of your accountserver.ini is the same with the MSG_VER of your neuz.exe.

If you still have that problem try using 20070712.

Just reshack your neuz.exe

If you don't have the tool "Reshacker" you can search one on google, It's absolutely free.
