Help me with a little world problem

I recently created a server but i cant get to run it! When i start to run the 7 server files, accontserver.exe etc... Then i start lastly my worldserver, after opening the worldserver it says its not responding, then after few secs it will be okay, then after a few secs it will crash. I wanna know if it has anything to do with my 2GB ram. and P.S when i login it says cannot connect to the game etc. Help asap please. Im new to this. Thank you.

Man world runs, but when i try to log in WORLD crashes... and it says cant connect.

what do you mean config? btw when i open worldserver.exe it laggs for mins, then will start showing the wd's.. then when i try to login.. It crashes.. can you teach me how to config the worldserver.ini

I need help where to put the resource folder, error log states this.. 2012/ 5/ 4 00:46:46 Folder not found, C

it still cant connect to the game XD

Man, the 6 exe files runs smooth except from the WorldServer.exe When i open it, it goes not responding.. Any ideas?
My database.ini looks like this, did i put the directory path on right place? and did i make a mistake into changing the last part into my pc/db name.
