ohhh is easy, you have to enable mssql extension in your php.ini, from wamp :3
Step 1.
Search (CTRL+F) for ";extension=php_mssql.dll" and remove the ";" from the bottom. So it should be now "extension=php_mssql.dll"

Step 2. Save.
