[HELP] My friend's neuz stopped working when opened

Hi, I searched and tried fixing it myself. but unfortunately no works

I run my server I use blessed flyff I portforwarded 15400 23000 28000

I'm connected in my client. but he can't even open the neuz because it stopped working after 5 seconds

we even tried hamachi but didn't work


please help me

he have the same client as mine

Also, is he using the same neuz? It wouldn't crash if the connection was an issue, only if there was a problem with the client/neuz.
